We’ve done flash fiction. Now, to broaden our literary menu, we’re introducing a new platform: Stone Bridge Café.
Every other week, Stone Bridge Café will be serving up a wide spectrum of writing, including:
short story appetizers
poetry a la mode (haiku, tanka, free verse, etc.)
non-fiction hors d'oeuvres (essays, reviews, how-tos, short memoirs, travel journals, etc.)
photography morsels
digital art cocktails
Please submit your work for consideration! The only thematic requirement is that your piece must:
take place in an East Asian country; or
deal with an East Asian culture, past or present; or
(even peripherally) touch upon any aspect of East Asia, be it pop culture, history,
politics, society, art, language, aesthetics, cuisine, etc.
Submissions selected by our editors will be published on our website and in our newsletter.
